I’m going to keep this one short. It’s 1 in the morning, and I’m exhausted, but I’m not going to get a chance to post during the day and I can’t very well give Lance a hard time about Karaoke Thursday if I don’t post for #CoverFriday.

I have no idea how I came across this song (I probably found it when I was searching for Young Forever, which I may save for a karaoke post). I couldn’t tell you a thing about this band, but I dig the cover. It doesn’t top the original, which I totally love (and also may use as a karaoke post), but it gets rid of the synthop and adds a bit of wistfulness to it. I think they could take it even farther- there’s not a ton of emotion coming through – but I am still a fan. I also like the old skateboard footage.
